Write one email. Merge fields drop in each person’s name, company or city from your spreadsheet. Plain text or HTML, start from a template, or build it block by block. Test two versions against each other, and see a spam-risk score while you write. Signatures and booking links attach themselves.
Follow-ups
Follow-ups bring in about four in ten of all replies. Set the steps and the gap between them. Add rules, so a follow-up only goes to people who opened the last one. The moment someone replies, unsubscribes or bounces, they stop hearing from you.
Contacts
Upload a CSV, or connect a Google Sheet that keeps itself up to date. Every column becomes a merge field. Group people into lists, or build segments that update on their own: everyone who opened last month, everyone who never replied. Bad addresses are caught on import, duplicates are merged, and anyone who opts out is never mailed again.
